Major changes:

  • Verified support for Seurat 5 / SeuratObject 5 (layer-based assay API). The package now builds and tests cleanly against Seurat 5.5.0.

License changes:

  • Relicensed from AGPL-3 to Apache 2.0.

Minor changes:

  • runSeurat: replaced the defunct future “multiprocess” backend with “multicore”, fixing a hard error under future (>= 1.32).
  • Modernized package tooling: added air.toml, refreshed .lintr to the current linter set, and migrated to Config/roxygen2/version.
