AcidGenomes 0.10.0 (2026-09-26)

New functions:

• classifyCuratedGeneGroups: Tags genes into curated HGNC gene groups ("riboCyto", "riboMito", "hemoglobin") sourced from HGNC’s own geneGroupId assignments, never a symbol regex. For Mus musculus, human HGNC groups are propagated via a fully identifier-based chain (HGNC hgncId -> JAX ortholog mouseMgiId -> MGI ensemblGeneId), with no gene-symbol matching at any step. Deliberately independent of broadClass, which is single-valued and already assigns every ribosomal/hemoglobin gene a value ("coding", "pseudo", etc).
